A simple request
Hello Father. I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten, including cross contact. I would like to receive Holy Communion safely.
Could we use a low gluten host handled separately, ideally placed in a pyx before Mass, or could a separate chalice be prepared if I need to receive under the species of wine only?
